The beautiful Vale Do Lobo Golf Resort will again be our host destination for The Vale Do Lobo Portugal 4’s Tournament in November 2022, after the roaring success of the inaugural event in 2022. This trip gives each player the opportunity to play one of Europe’s best tournament golf courses and former host of the Portuguese Open annually and feature’s Europe’s most photographed hole, The Par 16th VDL Royal (Pictured Above) 2021 Winners pictured below.

The event will be played over both courses at Vale Do Lobo with two rounds on the stunning Ocean Course and one round on the acclaimed Royal Course

The Vale Do Lobo Portugal 4’s

This event will be a four-player team event and we welcome teams of 4 to enter but for those who are only Singles, Pairs or Three’s we will be able to fix you up with a team.
Daily times will be drawn for play and each team must play with a different team member each day.

You can enjoy the additional golf available prior to the tournament over 18 or 9 Holes on Thursday 11th November dependent on your flight arrival times, and additional golf on each tournament day can be booked on the day and subject to availability.

The event will be played in the highest of spirits with golfer’s travelling from all over the UK to meet up with fellow like-minded people for friendly tournament golf

Itinerary

17th November 2022 – Leave your local airport to Vale Do Lobo Golf Resort – Flights booked by yourself

17th November 2022 – Check into your Accommodation at Vale Do Lobo Resort and enjoy the 1st Day – Practice Round Tee Times available, dependent on flight arrival times. From 1pm

18th November 2022 – Round One – Pairs Betterball at Ocean Course – One Team Score to Count

19th November 2022 – Round Two – Pairs Betterball at Royal Course – One Team Score to Count

20th November 2022 – Round Three – Pairs Betterball (Both Team Scores to Count) on the Ocean Course

21st November 2022 – Check Out & Head home for your local airport

The Competition will be a four player team event with the best team score qualifying for the overall competition – each day the team players MUST play with a different partner.

Example: Day One – Player A plays with Player B / Player C plays with Player D Day Two – Player A plays with Player C / Player B plays with Player D Day Three – Player A plays with Player D / Player B plays with Player C

Both courses are of the very highest quality, with courses nestled between the Portuguese Cork trees whilst each course has wonderful vistas of the Ocean in a stunning part of the Algarve

** £100pp deposit will be non-refundable. This deposit must be paid before 1st May 2022 or your place on the trip will not be secured. If demand exceeds places then a waiting list will be created and any cancellations will cause the place to be offered to the first come on the waiting list. If demand is not fulfilled then a new deposit date will be announced on 1st May 2002.

100% of the total cost of the trip will be required by 1st October 2022, failure to pay by this date will result in the cancellation of the booking

All flight details must be provided before the 1st November if you would like us to arranged your airport transfers

The rooming list and tee times will be finalised on the 1st November; any changes after this period and during the event will incur extra costs

All arrival day practice round requirements need to be booked by the 1st October, any arrival day golf required after this date will be your responsibility.

Daily additional golf available after tournament round to be booked after 1st round and based on the availability on the day.
