Description
Saint Malo Golf Resort, a 27 hole golf course designed in 1986 by Hubert Chesneau, also architect of the “Golf National”, host to the French Open.
Set in the Mesnil forest; ancient hunting grounds of Robert Surcouf, and surrounded by the vast Mirloup lake, the course boasts spectacular views and plenty of water hazards (13).
The course is maintained to Championship levels by Paul Bontemps (7 years Director of Greenkeeping Studies – Neuvic)
A good challenge for better players with a slope of 140, the course remains accessible to all players with judiciously positionned tees; the bogey is easy but the birdie is tough!
