Dear Golfer,
It would be our pleasure to welcome you along on our journey as we head to the wonderful Ras Al Khaimah, UAE!
This trip will consist of 7 Nights and 5 Rounds of Golf at the fantastic Tower Links Golf Club in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE which featured on the series of events on the GolfMates Youtube channel in early 2021. Additional Golf each day will be available for 9 Holes in the afternoon’s and a GolfMates RollUp day is planned for the Friday with GolfMates in the UAE also coming along to attend; with a BBQ and 2 Hours Free Bar included for all on the RollUp day It’s going to be fantastic!
The UK GolfMates will be arriving in the UAE on Friday 17th February 2023 with flights available from Manchester, Glasgow, Dublin & Stanstead and returning on Friday 24th February 2023 – Flights are not included and must be booked by yourself.
For All Arrivals – What is included
Accommodation at the 4* DoubleTree by Hilton Ras Al Khaimah — Prime location for golf.
The package includes Free Hi Speed Wi-Fi, Premium Accommodation with rooms based on the basis of which you booked – Single or Twin Room
The Golf on the trip will be played over the Tower Links Golf Course – Additional rounds on the day off can be pre booked – Additional costs apply
An onsite #GolfMates concierge will be onsite throughout your trip
All Carts/Buggies & Range Balls prior to Golf will be included
Evenings have not been arranged but these will be discussed with the group during the trip
GolfMates Friday RollUp – Meet the UAE GolfMates in this specially arranged RollUp day which will include a BBQ Lunch after Golf plus a Three Hour free bar for everybody to enjoy
The tee times and scorecards for each day will be allocated upon arrival by your

Friday 17th February – Depart your local airport for Dubai International Airport
Saturday 18th February – Golf at Tower Links Golf Club – #GolfMates RollUp Day Shotgun 13:00 followed by BBQ / Drinks
Sunday 19th February – Golf at Tower Links Golf Club – #GolfMates 1st Tee Time 10:00am
Monday 20th February – Day Off – Day at your own leisure – Additional Golf Available once booking made
Tuesday 21st February – Golf at Tower Links Golf Club – #GolfMates 1st Tee Time 10:00am
Wednesday 22nd February – Golf at Tower Links Golf Club – #GolfMates 1st Tee Time 12 noon
Thursday 23rd February – Golf at Tower Links Golf Club – #GolfMates 1st Tee Time 10:00am
Friday 24th February – Depart for your Local Airport
The Costs –
£ 710 per person sharing a twin room
£960 per person single room
£550 Non Golfer
** £100pp Non Refundable Deposit will hold your space for the trip in 2023

BBQ’s & Drink – All-inclusive drinks will only be served during the BBQ on your GolfMates Roll Up Day with drinks being served between a two hours period 5:30pm – 7:30pm. A list of drink options will be provided. BBQ will be available immediately after golf on Saturday 18th February 2023
£100pp deposit will be non-refundable and will secure your place on the trip, places will strictly be on a 1st come 1st served basis and could sell out. If demand exceeds places then a waiting list will be created and any cancellations will cause the place to be offered to the first on the waiting list – In the event of a COVID related cancellation your deposit will carry over to a rearranged event.
100% of the total cost of the trip will be required by 1st January 2023. Failure to pay by these dates will result in the cancellation of the booking
All flight details must be provided before the 1st January 2023 – Flight cost NOT included in the price
The rooming list will be finalised on the 1st January; any changes after this period and during the event will incur extra costs
Mobile phone tariffs in the UAE are NOT included and before travel please make become aware of your mobile providers options (Bolt-On’s or similar) or at the very least your daily charges for data.
Transfers to and from the hotel to golf are not included. This decision was made to offer everybody freedom to arrive and depart from the hotel. Cost in a taxi (one way) is estimated at £4 – £1 per person based on 4 travelling together.
Additional Nine Holes each day available in the afternoon and to be booked whilst away with your onsite concierge. Additional golf requirements (Not the 9 holes at Res Al Khaimah) need to be booked by the 1st February, and only booked once deposit payment received. Any further golf required after this date will be your responsibility
